Ross and Kathy Abraham are the Oceania Chairmen for International Network of Churches (formally Christian Outreach Centre). They are the Lead Pastors of Elevation Church, a vibrant growing church with multiple locations throughout Australia. Ross and Kathy Abraham have been in a full time capacity with International Network of Churches (INC) for 29 years. They have fulfilled several key roles such as Youth Pastor, Youthnet Director, Associate Pastor and church planter.

Ross and Kathy have three children: Lachlan & Tara and Jaaden, and two grandsons.

Miles and Bonnie Paludan

Executive Pastors

Miles and Bonnie Paludan are the Executive Pastors of Elevation Church. They oversee all Elevation Church locations, and their staff. Miles began his career in the building industry, and Bonnie grew up in the International Network of Churches movement. Eventually, work took their family to the United States. It is there they began attending Life Church in Oklahoma City. After attending and serving for 7 years, Miles became the location pastor of Life Church Edmond under the leadership of Craig and Amy Groeschel. After 8 years in ministry, God orchestrated and directed the family to return to Australia to serve Ross and Kathy Abraham and the Elevation Church team. Miles and Bonnie love the local church and are passionate about seeing people meet and grow in Jesus. The Paludans love seeing churches and church leaders healthy in every area of their life and in love with Jesus. This passion drives them to serve the church and dedicate their lives to see all it can be for now and for the generations to come. Miles and Bonnie have 5 children: Abbi, Jayden, Samuel, Fynn and Jett.
