CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT
Christmas Eve at Elevation Church is a very special time as we present the spectacular “Carols in the Park” at Varsity. As a Global Care initiative this night is a GIFT to the community, with candles, glow sticks, children’s jumping castles, food and a spectacular Carols production. With 1000 people in attendance at last years production, the sky was aglow with candles as the sound of Carols echoed. This is a great way to meet our community, it is one of the highlights for the entire year!
SCHOOL SHOES
Providing good quality school shoes/ supporting struggling families.
Each Christmas at Global Care we launch our school shoe fundraiser. Partnering with MYER at Pacific Fair and through the generosity of our local community, hundreds of pairs of beautiful new school shoes are gifted to local children at various schools here on the Gold Coast. So far we have provided 300 pairs of shoes to some of these children in need.
